Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park - May, 2010

This Alberta provincial park is accessible via a causeway from the town of Lac la Biche.
The most abundant mammals we noted were Snowshoe Hare, Franklin's Ground Squirrels, and Red Squirrels.
We also saw Mule Deer outside the park, and a cow Moose with a yearling and a younger one came through
the campground. A Weasel (probably a Short-tailed) was twice seen at a deep woods near a boardwalk.
